Lentelus Meat Co. is a collaboration between Dave Semmelink of Lentelus Farms and Quinn Ehrler of Blue Moon Winery and Ciderworx. We're both passionate about local, ethical, sustainable food production. We discovered a demand for artisanal, high end sausage and charcuterie in the Comox Valley and founded Lentelus Meat Co. in 2017 to meet that demand.
