Skip any 2 weeks (text Willem 250 215 6833) by noon on Thursday if you can’t make it for your Saturday pick-up. Or if you’d like to add something extra, text Willem.

The Lentelus loaf: Our bread is hand made using a lot of our own wheat that we grow right here in the Comox Valley. Each loaf is handmade using traditional natural fermentation.

Ingredients: Flour, salt, water. Yup that’s it!

Note: You will be notified if for some reason we can’t bake for a week (very occasionally we take a weekend off)
