Grass fed and finished free ranged lamb. Our lambs are raised on the lush pastures of our Kelowna family run farm.


WHOLE LAMB:

  • Lambs will have a hanging weight of approximately 45 to 55 pounds. This is before the meat is butchered into your chops, roasts, ribs, etc.

  • Cost is $11.00/hanging weight lb. This includes standard butchering costs, which is $125. Butcher's choice of cuts: Neck chops, shoulder roasts and steaks, rack’s, ribs, loin chops, shanks and two whole leg of lamb. Any extra meat trim is ground into lamb mince.

  • You're looking at about 30 lbs of butchered meat from a 50lb hanging weight. The butcher will also save extra fat, offal and bones at your request.

  • Your final cost will range from $450 to $600 depending on the size of the lamb.
